After Action has been officially approved by the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP).
This approval reflects a high level of trust and alignment with the FOP’s mission to protect the well-being of law enforcement officers and their families. It also reinforces our commitment to providing culturally competent, trauma-informed mental health support designed specifically for first responders.
At After Action, our programs are built around the realities of the job — long shifts, cumulative stress, critical incidents, and the pressure to keep going without support. FOP approval recognizes that our clinical approach, programming, and standards of care meet the expectations of those who serve on the front lines.
