This Week’s Conversation: Moral Injury
Every week, first responders across the country join together in a confidential space to talk about the realities of the job — the challenges, the questions, and the silent struggles that don’t always get discussed at roll call.
These conversations aren’t lectures. They’re a chance to connect, share, and get support from peers who truly understand.
👉 Last week, firefighter/paramedic Egan De Los Cobos shared how PTSD convinced his subconscious that his son was dead after a traumatic accident — even though he wasn’t. Through EMDR therapy, he reframed that “mental splinter” and began real healing.

This week, the conversation will focus on Moral Injury — a topic suggested by one of our attendees. We’ll explore what happens when the job forces you to go against your values, and how that inner conflict can weigh heavily on first responders.
You’ll walk away with:
Connection with peers who get it
Answers to the questions that are on your mind
Practical tools and support if you’re struggling

Seats are limited, and each week brings new insights and voices. Don’t miss your chance to be part of it.
