AAA is hereby authorized to administer said election for Local 2507and Local 3621 in accordance with AAA Election Rules.
The mailing of voting instructions, Personal Identification Numbers (“PINs”) and enclosures shall take place on Tuesday August 17, 2021.
Online and IVR polling shall occur beginning on Monday, August 23, 2021, at 9:00 AM through Monday, September 6, 2021, at 6:00 PM.
The AAA will guarantee the security of the ballots at all times.
