COVID 19
With regret, the Department announces the death of EMT Evelyn Ford, EMD PSAC-1, appointed April 25, 1994, which occurred on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, as a result of a COVID-19 related illness.
The heartfelt sympathy of the entire Department is extended to the family, relatives, and friends of the deceased in the midst of the great loss that they and the Department have sustained.
Funeral will take place from Mangano Family Funeral Home, 1701 Deer Park Ave., Deer Park, NY, on Monday, January 4, 2021, at 1100 hours.

and
1900 to 2100 hours
