The FDNY Hispanic Society announces the FDNY Hispanic Society Scholarship Award Application for 2020
All the required information can be obtained via hispanicsocietyfdny.com. Eligibility requirements: Must be of Hispanic heritage; must be or have family that is a member of the Hispanic Society for a minimum of 2 years; minimum of 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for high school students; minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for undergraduate students.
Award winners will be announced and notified by October 16, 2020. Award Amount: $1,000. Essay: A required essay of approximately 500 words on how your academic studies will contribute to your personal and professional goals and have demonstrated involvement in and commitment to your community.
