I am writing with an update regarding the FLSA settlement.
The judge has signed off on the settlement. Funds will be distributed as follows:
– Payment for loss of wages will be processed through payroll.
– The damage payment will be sent via mail.
We anticipate all payments will be made within the next two weeks.
