Albany NY Senate Bill 6976
Today I was given the honor of entering the Senate floor to observe the vote on our 25 and out pension re-opener.
The Bill passed both houses.
Next step is the Governor’s office.
The legislation allows EMS members that did not join the 25 and out pension an opportunity to take this option with nycers.
